  • Partner with internal and external clients in developing top quality creative for advertising campaigns, inserted on Cable networks and Comcast digital platforms.

  • Generate creative budget proposals, pitch concepts, hire talent and crew.

  • Direct video shoots, supervise post production and deliver finished productions on time and on budget.

Director, CINEMA 2017 – 2018

  • Developed launched and oversaw all aspects of new JP Morgan Chase sponsor-funded workforce development initiative CINEMA (Careers In New Emerging Media Areas) for 18-24 year olds to provide free training in new media: game design, virtual reality, and interactive media, in preparation for entry level jobs in Georgia’s booming entertainment industry.

  • Launched iconic brand portfolio of digital channels; provided graphic packaging, content and on-air promotion for HBO Family, HBO Zone, HBO Signature, HBO Comedy; that started as new business development and ultimately led to HBO’s Special Markets in-house agency. Managed staff of 12, multiple vendors and 20M budget.

  • Reviewed all projects, including scripts and graphics from creation to implementation and delivery to insure high quality of creative, and that standards were met to support client objectives and corporate brand image.

  • Oversaw the production of multicultural content creation for AA, LGBTQ, and the HBO Latino digital platform which led to the production of the acclaimed award-winning series, Habla.

  • Used research and data analytics to develop strategic solutions to meet business goals and deliver results.
